Tacoma is a mid-sized urban port city in the county seat of Pierce County, Washington. The city is on Washington's Puget Sound, 32 miles southwest of Seattle, 31 miles northeast of the state capital, Olympia, and 58 miles northwest of Mount Rainier National Park. The population was just under 220,000 in 2021. Tacoma is the second-largest city in the Puget Sound area and the third largest in the state. Tacoma also serves as the center of business activity for the South Sound region, which has a population of around 1 million. Tacoma adopted its name after the nearby Mount Rainier, originally called Takhoma or Tahoma. It is locally known as the "City of Destiny" because the area was chosen to be the western terminus of the Northern Pacific Railroad in the late 19th century. Tom was amazing throughout the entire process. He led my brother and fiancé through their first home purchase with excellent communication. He was superbly knowledgeable and friendly to chat with. Overall, a very smooth process and would highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

This review has been BEYOND over due! But this is our truth nevertheless. We wanted to sell our home and get another with privacy and acreage but the timing was off a year or so ago, yet Tom was extremely helpful and understanding. We all agreed to try again at another time and that is what we did. As we make plans in life, know that sometimes life plans for us. A lot of life changing events are still happening to us, yet Tom went out of his way to assist in every possible way. He is a man of integrity, character and holds same principals. No, I was not paid nor asked to write that. He put us in our dream home with double amount of space that we wanted. This came after 30 showings if not more and miles of driving. I changed my mind probably a hundred times if I am being honest. It paid off though! :) It literally had everything on my long list, a list that changed with every showing.
