This review has been BEYOND over due! But this is our truth nevertheless. We wanted to sell our home and get another with privacy and acreage but the timing was off a year or so ago, yet Tom was extremely helpful and understanding. We all agreed to try again at another time and that is what we did. As we make plans in life, know that sometimes life plans for us. A lot of life changing events are still happening to us, yet Tom went out of his way to assist in every possible way. He is a man of integrity, character and holds same principals. No, I was not paid nor asked to write that. He put us in our dream home with double amount of space that we wanted. This came after 30 showings if not more and miles of driving. I changed my mind probably a hundred times if I am being honest. It paid off though! :) It literally had everything on my long list, a list that changed with every showing. Tom was absolutely excellent, and I'll be recommending him to anyone I meet in need of an agent. He got to know us, really listened to what we were looking for in a house, steered us away from places we wouldn't have been happy in, and ultimately helped us find the perfect house. He was responsive to texts and emails (even when I texted him well past business hours), knowledgeable about the market and the area, and just generally great at him job. Tom is a very extraordinary broker. Tom helped me sell my home with multiple offers in less than 72 hours all above asking price! He had a team of photographers, videographers, and stagers to help make my home presentable to make it possible to be sold promptly.
